A heavier-duty side folding grille, GlideGard™ provides enhanced security in applications where more robust supporting structures are available. This vandalism-resistant design is useful for use in applications such as food courts, schools, sports complexes and public transit.

The VisionGlide™ Side Folding Grille is used for an opening that needs a lightweight closure with not-so-lightweight security. While VisionGlide is an effective traffic barrier, its light hang weight of 0.8 lbs per square foot means that you can install it on limited supporting structures. This product is excellent for floor to ceiling dividers in public spaces such as offices, hospitals and lobbies.

VistaPane™ Side Folding Closures can provide a range of benefits – from the visibility and airflow of an open-design grille to the maximum security offered by a solid pane. We offer five different panel options to meet your varied needs :

• Slotted or Perforated Panels : features aluminum panels with slots or perforations that provide a high level security with visual access and air flow. Interlocking components prevent forced entry. Aluminum panels are lighter than glass inserts, which require less bulkhead support and make it easier to operate. This panel type is excellent for storefront applications.
• Lexan Panels : This design features clear, shatterproof Lexan inserts that allow unobstructed views while providing solid security and blocking refuse, odor and smoke.
• Glass Panels : This design features clear, shatterproof tempered glass inserts that allow unobstructed views while providing solid security and blocking refuse, odor and smoke.
• Solid Panels : This design features full height aluminum panels and heavy gauge dedicated extrusions that deny visual access but provide solid security.
